Macarons – 9th August

Macarons are delicious bite-sized petit fours that are brightly coloured and filled with a variety of flavours. Often, they can be deemed difficult to make but during this class you will learn how to use the simple French method to get it right each time. This is a fun class for all levels of experience. You will make a batch of up to 12 macarons to take home in a presentation box. All equipment will be provided for you, no prior baking experience needed.
