Plant Based Cooking – 18th March

£90At Pavilion we absolutely love putting seasonal fruit and veg front and centre. During our Plant Based Cookery class you will learn a selection of recipes, skills and techniques that will help you make veg the champions of your cooking.
This course is perfect for vegetarians, vegans and just about anyone looking to cut down their meat consumption through plant based eating. Whether it be for environmental and sustainability reasons, or you simply love veggies, this is the perfect course for you.
In this hands on cookery course, we will share some of our favourite plant-based dishes, giving you the confidence to cook up a storm in the comfort of your own home, safe in the knowledge that your dishes will be more than a match for any meat based recipe. At the end of the course, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of your delicious creations with your group, as well as get to try our perfect vegan wine pairing and non-alcoholic sparkling kombucha.
This is an adult lesson and not suitable for children under the age of 16. Those aged 16-17 must be supervised by a paying adult for the duration of the lesson.
