During this course you will gain the skills and knowledge required to create a number of delicious plates of food – but do so in such a way that minimises the stress of cooking for groups – enabling you to spend time with your guests and not be stuck in the kitchen! \nOn this course you will learn how to effectively plan your dinner party\, with plenty of time saving tips\, a focus on preparation\, and deliver stunning starters\, mains and desserts that will wow your guests. You will cover how to cater for different dietary requirements with minimal fuss along with tips on how to best plate and serve your dishes to create that wow factor. We’ll also give some tips on perfect pairings for your chosen dishes. \nIn this hands on and social cookery evening\, you will receive a number of demonstrations from our chef\, helping provide inspiration to elevate your dinner party creations leaving your guests asking when your next dinner party will be! \nBuy tickets
