Also known as black onion seeds, nigella have a subtle spicy aroma that adds a delicious fragrance to dishes. Dale Pilton, head chef of our Garden Café, created this special dressing to complement many of his seasonal salads. Paired with the aniseed freshness of tarragon, it brings a unique edge to salads and vegetables.
