This 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Meunier blend receives a 7% red Pinot Noir addition to add rich red fruits, and a beautiful colour. 30% fermented in aged oak barrels to build that lovely signature texture and weight. Open and friendly on release it will continue to develop more complexity for many years to come.
