Llagar de Oles is an extraordinary vinegar produced using the Orleans method. With natural oxygenation, and aged in Chestnut barrels, this vinegar is made from apple varieties selected from the harvest of their own orchards. Its moderate acidity makes it a very versatile vinegar. Considered the best Asturian cider vinegar.
