Red Pepper Jam from Portugal made by Jose Gourmet. Using locally sourced ingredients with the carrots and oranges are washed, cut and cooked for over 4 hours together with sugar giving a smooth result. The sweetness of the carrot is nicely balanced with the natural acidity of the orange.
