Mathieu Bouchard, a former restaurateur, started making jams in the Morvan, in the middle of nature, about ten years ago. The jams are produced by traditional methods, such as cooking in a copper cauldron, which offers exceptional quality. Composed of 100% local products (fruits, sugar, lemon juice, pectin) and cooked by evaporation using an open flame, the jams are delicious and natural.
