Gorgeously grassy with citrus and mineral notes. Croq’ Caillotte is produced from pre-phylloxera vines from Emile Balland’s miniscule 1 hectare vineyard in Sancerre. Classic Sancerre with green tinged fruit- grapefruit leads to pineapple, with a lovely flinty note, good acidity, it has real depth of flavour, creamy too on the long minerally finish.
