Vdp D’Oc Elisabeth Viognier Domaine De La Baume

The estate was established a couple of centuries ago near Beziers in Languedoc. It follows earlier tradition, both in the vineyard and in how the wine is made. After fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature the wine is then aged on the lees for 3 weeks. It produces a round, full, creamy flavour with a very soft texture.
