Canapés – 11th November

Canapés are the perfect way to kick off any occasion. Whether creating that ‘wow’ at the start of your dinner party, or as the perfect accompaniment to a drinks party, our canapés class will help you start any event with a bang. During this hands on class, you will learn how to make a minimum of 6 different types of canapés and have plenty to take home to enjoy at the end of the evening.

During this fun and informative class, paired with a glass or two of sparkling wine, you will not only pick up the skills to create some little bundles of mouth-watering deliciousness, but also develop your understanding of seasonality, occasion, presentation and serving, whilst receiving plenty of preparation and time saving tips. At the end of the session, you’ll have the chance to show off your creations as we finish with a sampling session whilst enjoying a perfectly matched glass of sparkling wine.

This is an adult lesson and not suitable for children under the age of 16. Those aged 16-17 must be supervised by a paying adult for the duration of the lesson. This lesson is not suitable for those who have a gluten or wheat allergy.
