In this hands-on, 3 hour class Head Chef Tania will take you through the perfect recipes to make your Christmas dinner truly special and take some of the big-day stress away.
You’ll learn how to make a delicious rich gravy that can be simply adapted to suit your choice of bird or roasting joint, super crisp roast potatoes that work every time, creamy aromatic bread sauce, fruity zingy cranberry sauce and a fabulous knock-out stuffing. There’ll be some tasty festive veggies too, a couple of sweet treats and plenty of tips and advice on making ahead and getting prepared including a fool-proof wine guide.
