Learn how to cook with your senses to create a family-style spread of delicious dishes exploring the punchy flavours from this unique cuisine.
In this hands-on class, with guidance and demos from Chef Tania, you’ll learn how to make rasam, thoran, masala and how to temper spices perfectly for curries and pickles.
Using native ingredients including tiger pepper, coconut, curry leaves, matta rice, fiery chillies and smoky kudampuli, you’ll prepare a colourful, aromatic feast to enjoy with the rest of the class.
Class ingredients include fish and mustard. Suitable for vegan, vegetarian and gluten-intolerant diets on request.
