Join us at Pavilion Foods for a hands-on cookery class where you’ll learn to master two iconic West African dishes — Nigerian Jollof Rice and Senegalese Yassa Au Poulet.

In this interactive session, you’ll be guided by  through the step-by-step process of making these delicious, aromatic dishes from scratch. You’ll start by preparing the flavorful Nigerian Jollof Rice, known for its rich, savory taste and beautiful red hue. Then, you’ll create the tangy and spicy Senegalese Yassa Au Poulet, a succulent chicken dish marinated in mustard, onions, and lemon.

Whether you’re new to cooking or simply want to broaden your culinary repertoire, this class is designed to make you feel confident in the kitchen while exploring the heart and soul of West African cuisine.
