This is the second in an exciting 3 part series of classes hosted by Ryan & Liam of Orwells.

Experience the culinary brilliance of Orwell’s renowned chefs as they guide you through the creation of exquisite dishes, blending innovative techniques with fresh ingredients. Perfect for food enthusiasts of all levels, this hands-on class promises to elevate your cooking skills and inspire your inner chef. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to learn from the best and savour the flavours of gourmet cuisine.

This class will be focussed on the main course where you will be guided through how to make Pan Roasted Chilterns Fallow Deer, served with confit beetroot, cobnuts, garden kale, foraged mushrooms & huntsman’s sauce.

You don’t need to come to all 3 classes in the series but given the menu you might want to!
